LTL Shipments

Innovative Carriers does not take responsibility for ANY chargeback. 

Innovative Carriers does not take responsibility for a chargeback if there is ever a PO missing from a BOL/POD. This can mostly happen with LTL carriers where they use their own document for the POD and copy over the BOL information. Of course, we will contact the fulfillment center for you to confirm the any missing PO on the POD was received.

 

GUARANTEED SHIPMENTS

  1. Innovative Carriers takes responsibility for a chargeback on a missed appointment ONLY.
  2. Innovative carriers does not take responsibility for any other chargeback, such as wrong packing list or BOL. Shipping warehouse is responsible to make sure that whatever they load matches what is on the BOL.
  3. Innovative Carriers does not take responsibility for a late delivery chargeback If there are not enough transit days to deliver within the MABD or if Fulfillment Center does not provide a delivery appointment within the requested MABD.

 

DIRECT SHIPMENTS

  1. Innovative Carriers does not take responsibility for any chargeback.
  2. We are aware of most guidelines for major fulfillment centers and therefore chargeback rarely occurs with direct shipments.
  3. Innovative will schedule the delivery appointments. In most cases, the driver will meet the appointments unless a natural cause comes in the way. We do not take responsibility for a chargeback.

 

The Shipper is responsible for loading the freight in accordance with your fulfillment center’s requirements. Innovative Carriers does not honor any chargebacks for incorrect loading or palletization, regardless of the service option.

We do our absolute best to ensure that your shipments are picked up and delivered on time and follow the regulations of your shipper/receiver.

In case of an invalid chargeback, we will assist you in disputing to the best of our ability.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of how these chargebacks are determined, we cannot share in them in any way.
