We place utmost concern on damage-free and on time shipments. We offer two kinds of quotes - guaranteed and regular. If a guaranteed delivery does not arrive on time, it will be refunded. Using our guaranteed deliveries ensures priority service. Damaged shipments are reviewed to determine responsibility.
